Robert Brown
Director & Founder
Rob has an extensive background in construction, deeply rooted in a family of entrepreneurs. He began his journey on construction sites at the age of sixteen and successfully completed his first property development when he was twenty-two. His passion and unwavering commitment to construction and property development have been evident throughout his career.
Rob's professional path began in 2003 with a Tier One Main Contractor, where he quickly honed his construction expertise, developing a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. During this time, he delivered numerous flagship projects with distinction, establishing a reputation for excellence. Seeking to further expand his skills and take on greater challenges, Rob transitioned to a corporate role in 2015, joining a Civil Engineering Contractor as one of the Group’s Directors. In this role, he played a pivotal role in significantly increasing both turnover and profitability for the organisation during his tenure.
In 2017, Rob decided to fully embrace his passion for property by moving into the property sector. His dedication to creating and restoring beautiful homes drives his work, and he is committed to helping lead Tribute Property Group towards becoming one of the leading regional property and construction groups.
A dedicated family man, Rob lives near the sea with his wife and two sons, where he enjoys indulging in various water sports and appreciating the tranquillity of nature. His enthusiasm for both his profession and his lifestyle reflects his commitment to excellence, both personally and professionally.
Nathan Leather
Director & Founder
Nathan is a highly experienced builder and property developer with over 20 years of expertise in the construction and civil engineering industries. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of various facets of construction, specialising in project management and redevelopment. Nathan has successfully overseen multiple redevelopment projects, taking the lead in planning, execution, and often personally managing significant aspects of the work.
His hands-on experience extends to working closely with private clients and residents, managing projects within their properties and ensuring seamless execution to meet high-quality standards. Nathan’s extensive involvement in different facets of the building trade, combined with his collaboration with skilled subcontractors, has provided him with a profound insight into the expectations of high-quality workmanship and the delivery of superior finishes.
In 2019, Nathan took on the role of managing Tribute Property Solutions LTD, where he collaborates closely with landlords to revitalise and refurbish their properties. His approach emphasises not only enhancing property value but also incorporating a personalised tenant vetting process, resulting in the placement of reliable, young professionals into well-maintained and affordable homes.
A family man, Nathan resides with his partner, their three children, and their English Springer Spaniel. His commitment to quality, professionalism, and that personal touch makes him a respected leader in the property development sector.
