Upon receiving the signed contract and deposit, we’ll move into the detailed design of your customised project. This stage includes arranging any structural or engineering surveys, creating precise plans and drawings, planning and building regulations applications (if required) and refining the cost breakdown to ensure alignment with your expectations.
STEP 6: Preparation and Project Launch
As the start date approaches, we’ll maintain close communication, guiding you through every preparatory step. Once construction begins, you’ll stay connected through our dedicated Project Manager, who will keep you updated on all milestones, details, and timelines. Our diligent approach ensures you remain fully informed and confident in the progress of your project.
